House of Journals

It is said that journals are geared to either public relations, industrial relations, or employee and employer relations. It is important that a designer should exactly what the purpose of such a magazine is. He will approach a magazine which will be read by many employees and staff in a very different way from that of a prestige, public relations journal. The more technical aspects of the industrial relation field, where quite learned papers and articles appear, is different again. A house journal is about a company’s attitudes, about what it produces or what service it offers.

It is sent out of customers, prospective customers, industrial or commercial contacts, institutes and interested individuals. As with every other form of publicity material it too needs some qualities. It has to say sometimes about the company which is different from and perhaps better than, other companies operating in the same field. It can make this statement through its editorial content and through its visual forms. The editorial approach is of much greater significance than the form or design of the journal. Unless the right sort of copy is brought together by an imaginative editor, no effort of graphic styling will secure the magazine form being thrown in the paper basket.

Moral Values For life

Moral values are the standards of good and evil, which govern an individual’s behavior and choices. Individual’s morals may derive from society and government, religion, or self. Moral value is clearly demonstrated in the behavior of older infants and young toddlers. If a child has been forbidden to touch or take a certain object early on, they know enough to slowly look over their shoulder to see if they are being observed before touching said object. There is no need for this behavior to be taught; it is instinctive. Once, however, any form of discipline is applied to modify the child’s behavior, the child now gains the capacity within himself to distinguish his right behavior from his wrong behavior.

Now, the child can make correct choices based on his own knowledge. The choices that are made by an individual from childhood to adulthood are between forbidden and acceptable, kind or cruel, generous or selfish. A person may, under any given set of circumstances, decide to do what is forbidden. If this individual possesses moral values, going against them usually produces guilt. Morality speaks of a system of behavior in regards to standards of right or wrong behavior. Morality has become a complicated issue in the multi-cultural world we live in today. Let's explore what morality is, how it affects our behavior, our conscience, our society, and our ultimate destiny.

Yellow resembles happiness, reflecting the color of gold, wealth and richness. Violet shows high rituals, royalty of church vests. Colors may be broadly classified as warm or cool, in the sense that colors which tend towards blue are cool and that tend towards red are considered warm. Fire sunshine that are warm naturally give red light. So red and its shades, yellow, orange etc. are considered warm colors in natural association.
